This initiative willempower farmers with access to formal financing, allowing them to secure up to70% of their stock’s valuewithout the need for immediate sales. With Pakistan’s sugar sector producing over 7 million tons annually, this innovation will unlock liquidity, ensuring financial stability for thousands of farmers. By integratingdigital payments, the financing process will beseamless, transparent, and highly efficient. Farmers will receive fundsdirectly into their digital wallets, eliminating delays and reducing reliance on traditional cash-based transactions. This shift toward asecure and digital-first financial ecosystemwill not only enhance financial inclusion but also modernize Pakistan’s agri-financing landscape.
