KARACHI:Apna Microfinance Bank Limitedhas announced the appointment of Nazish Ali as its Acting President and CEO, following clearance from theState Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
In a statement issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday, the bank confirmed that Nazish Ali assumed the role effective November 30, 2024, after receiving the regulatory clearance.
“The said clearance has been received vide letter reference SBPHOK-BPRD-CGD-APNAMFB-814082 dated January 24, 2025,” the statement added.
Apna Microfinance Bank operates with the primary aim of providing microfinance services to the underserved and poor segments of society, in line with the objectives outlined under the Microfinance Institutions Ordinance, 2001.
